The chosen service point address and opening hours are now stored in order notes. Makes it easier to retrieve the details without reaching out to the customer. ### **Deliveries without the drama** Parcels don’t need plot twists. We fixed the details that used to derail them, so delivery notes follow through, addresses stay clean, and returns don’t get out of hand. #### **Delivery notes on shipping labels** Customers often leave important notes at checkout, like “Doorbell broken, please knock.” These instructions can now be added to your shipping labels (for supported couriers). #### **Ship without the address formatting drama** Shipping to Spain? We taught AI to auto-fix long, messy addresses so parcels don’t get stuck over an extra comma. More countries coming soon. #### **Returns messages, now editable** It turns out people could return the same item more than once.
